Place your founding-member deposit. Fully refundable until you sign a purchase agreement. From this moment you have a place in the priority queue, voting rights on the ship and itinerary, and access to the resident community.

Q3 2026
Choose
The cabin catalogue opens to founding tiers.
Captain's Circle picks first, then Navigator, then Explorer — strictly in deposit order within each tier. Browse every available residence with full deck context, square-footage, view direction, and dog-deck adjacency.
Step 3
Q4 2026
Review contracts
Full agreements, specs, and lookbook unlock.
Your dashboard unlocks the purchase agreement, full refit specifications, deck plans, materials lookbook, and the as-is fit-out catalogue for your chosen cabin. Take the time you need with your own counsel.
Step 4
Q1 2027
Sign & price-lock
Your number stops moving.
Signing your purchase agreement locks your price permanently. Your deposit applies against the purchase. The cabin is yours, in writing.

Design with our team
Keep the as-is fit-out — or go bespoke.
1-on-1 sessions with our onboard renovations team. Two paths: keep the as-is structural fit-out (included in purchase price) and personalise softly, or commission a fully bespoke interior — finishes, joinery, appliances, layout — quoted on your spec.
Step 6
Early 2028
Dry-dock fit-out
Your interior built alongside the hull refit.
While Sirius is in dry dock for her pre-sail refit, your bespoke interior is built. Site visits available for residents who want to walk their space mid-build.
Step 7
Post-launch
Onboard renovations
Anything not finished in dry dock, completed underway.
Some bespoke works are better completed once we're sailing — bespoke joinery, art install, smart-home calibration. Our onboard renovations team works around your move-in and the ship's schedule, with zero disruption to your neighbours.
Step 8
Mid 2028
Move in
Keys, paws, sail.
