Reservation Deposit Terms
A "Reservation Deposit" is a fully refundable payment placed via the Sirius website to reserve your priority position on the waitlist for a residence aboard Sirius.
100% refundable. You may request a full refund of your deposit at any time before you sign a purchase agreement for a residence. No questions asked. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Held in trust. Deposits are held in a regulated escrow account separate from operating funds, and are applied against the final purchase price of your residence at your option.
Not an investment. A Reservation Deposit is not a security, share, or investment of any kind. No financial return is offered, paid, or implied.
No guarantee of allocation. A deposit gives you priority, not an entitlement, to a specific cabin. Cabin allocation is by tier and order of deposit, subject to final ship survey and offering documents.
Ship selection subject to survey and final negotiation. Candidate hulls are 20–30 years old and will be brought to current standards via a full pre-sail refit; build year and refit scope disclosed to depositors under NDA. Itinerary, cabin specifications and pricing indicative and subject to final offering documents drafted by counsel. All site imagery is illustrative. School tuition is charged separately from the monthly residency fee. Dog acceptance is subject to case-by-case review.
