Why prices are estimates today
Cabin prices reflect today's market for our candidate hulls (~$100–150M USD acquisition for ~20-year-old vessels) plus a planned full refit (~$80–100M USD in dry dock, early 2028). Your deposit holds your priority, not the price. Final pricing locks the moment you sign your purchase agreement — typically Q1 2027, after you've reviewed all specs, deck plans, and contracts.
