Locked when you sign.
Sirius is transparent about what cabins will cost. Every figure you see is built from today's hull market and refit budget. Your deposit holds your priority. Your price locks only when you sign the purchase agreement — after you've reviewed every spec, deck plan, and contract clause.
What goes into your cabin price
Three components shape every estimate. We share them openly so you can see exactly where the math comes from.
Hull acquisition
$100M – $150M USD
Candidate hulls are 20-ish-year-old, premium-class cruise ships in serviceable condition. Final figure depends on which hull we close on and final survey.
Full refit
$80M – $100M USD
Pre-sail refit in dry dock, early 2028 — engines, hotel systems, hull, common spaces, dog facilities, and the as-is fit-out of every cabin. Bespoke interior finishes are billed separately.
Per-cabin estimate
$170k – $2.8M USD
Every cabin price on this site is indicative — derived from today's hull market and refit budget. Your final price locks when your purchase agreement is signed.
What's included vs bespoke
Your purchase price covers the cabin space and the as-is structural fit-out on the hull today. Anything bespoke — your interior the way you want it — is priced on materials and spec.
Included in purchase price
- The cabin space itself (sq ft / sq m)
- Structural fit-out as it exists on the candidate hull today
- All common-area refit (lobby, dining, gym, dog parks, spa)
- Engineering, hotel systems, and pre-sail safety refit
- Standard balcony, glazing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC
Bespoke — billed on top
- Custom finishes, joinery, materials, and appliances
- Layout changes (knock-throughs, partition adjustments)
- Premium kitchen, bathroom, and built-in furniture upgrades
- Smart-home, sound, and lighting beyond standard spec
- Additional balcony or terrace works
Bespoke works are scoped 1-on-1 with our onboard renovations team. Built in dry dock alongside the refit (early 2028) or completed onboard after launch — whichever fits your move-in.
