Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sirius website and any related services. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All content presented on the site — ship descriptions, deck plans, cabin specifications, itineraries, pricing, ship candidates, and illustrative imagery — is preliminary and indicative only. All photography and renderings are illustrative reference material and are not photographs of the actual ship. Final specifications, pricing and routes will be set out in formal offering documents prior to any binding purchase.

Hull age and refit. Candidate hulls under negotiation are between 20 and 30 years old. Each will undergo a comprehensive pre-sail refit covering propulsion, safety systems, all cabins, technology infrastructure (including Starlink), and dog facilities, brought to current class and commercial standards before residents move aboard. Build year, refit scope and survey results are disclosed to depositors under NDA.

School tuition. The Sirius School (Cambridge-aligned, ages 7–16) operates onboard for resident families. Tuition is charged separately from the monthly residency fee. Curriculum, accreditation and final pricing are subject to confirmation in offering documents.

Dog acceptance. All dogs proposed for residency are subject to a case-by-case review covering temperament, health, vaccination history, and breed/size considerations. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Shore access in port is subject to local quarantine and import rules and remains the resident's responsibility.

Any deposit you place via this site is a fully refundable reservation deposit, held in trust, and is not a purchase, security, or investment of any kind. No financial return is offered or implied. You may request a full refund of your deposit at any time before signing a purchase agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Final terms — including any binding agreement to purchase — will be drafted by counsel and provided in a separate offering document prior to signing.
